As a small business owner looking for my first space (6 years ago), I reached out to Colliers multiple times to book a showing of retail spaces all across South and Northeast Minneapolis where we knew we had a good market.6 years later, we're going strong - no thanks to Colliers. Getting a call back was like pulling teeth. In fact, I'm 100% sure not a single person ever called us back to schedule a walkthrough of any of their spaces.
