Went in for a cupping session, which is more intense than a typical massage. Tasha did amazing work, and I left feeling invigorated. She is a genuine person, and puts care into everything she does. What an outstanding experience!
I have been going to Adagio Holistic since 2016. I started off as a client receiving treatment to improve my self-care and well-being and am now a student. I have taken Liberating the Psoas and Healing the Spirit classes. Both classes were life changing for me in learning different tools to heal the mind, body, and spirit. Kim is a kind and compassionate teacher who is eager to share her passion, wisdom, and knowledge in the healing work she does.
I would highly recommend Healing The Spirit classes with Kim. She is a phenomenal healer and carries medicine in a beautiful and sacred way. Kim has been a wonderful teacher, she meets people where they are at, and encourages community connection. Reconnecting with the self is strongly emphasized specifically the parts of the self that have been wounded. There is a building of community and connection to others while also a normalizing of honoring boundaries and relearning how to listen and trust the inner voice that provides divine guidance. Looking at the shadow self is a challenge but if healing is what you seek you will find a space where you are held in a good way... read full review
