With my family we are very grateful, because thanks to Maplewood Property Management we were able to rent an apartment that meets our needs and with an affordable price, in addition the attention was very professional and of excellent quality, we recommend their service one hundred percent.

Maplewood Property Management has been taking care of our property for two years albeit for a shot lapse while we tried out self management. Needless to say, that did not work out well for us and we returned to them and our long time property manager Mike. We tried out several different firms prior to returning and we have not regretted our decision to go back to Maplewood Property Management.

I have had a very positive experience so far with renting from Maplewood Property Management. Mike was very helpful with explaining the lease before I signed. I had a late night emergency with my lock box code the night of my move in date, and he responded promptly to my email even after 8 pm! I had a couple of last minute requests the day before my move in, and they were also taken care of! Thank you!!
