Gladstone's was always quick to answer our questions about which replacement options were best suited to our older home. Their installation contractors arrived on time every day, were respectful and conscientious on the job, and got the work of replacing about 20 windows and a sliding glass door done in about 4 days. So far, we're very happy with the new windows because they appear to be correctly installed and insulated to maximize energy efficiency. I worked with Steve at Gladstone's to order three custom ProVia windows, one insert and two full frame. He was professional, patient, and provided exactly what was needed.Jeremy performed the install, which was again a great experience. He came out to review the project ahead of time and to modify existing openings to accommodate larger windows (which involved removal of stucco and re-framing).The window install went smoothly, along with insulation and re-wrap of aluminum trim to match the rest of the house.Both Steve and Jeremy are very knowledgeable and paid attention to every detail. We have used Gladstone's for 2 projects. We remodeled our kitchen and had them remove 2 small windows. They then installed a large window. 2yrs later, we put a new deck on the back of our house, and they installed a new access door.The process was great, from a quick response for the estimate, a good price and the install(s) were expertly done!I would recommend them without hesitation.
