Really great experience with Dr. Tieri and the entire team at Total Spine! Having never been to a chiropractor before, I felt very welcomed to the office by Theresa and during my first visit, Dr Tieri explained the process and steps we’d need to take to make my back and spine healthy again. Also, highly recommend the massage therapist, Krista, she’s wonderful and always able to find the little knots that need to be worked out. The heated roller massage table is also a very relaxing way to start off treatment. Always enjoy my visits with this friendly and caring team!
Love Total Spine! I’ve been going there for years. My chronic migraines are finally gone after trying a few other chiropractors, doctors, and different medications, and I definitely feel more mobility in my neck as the curve is restored, and in my lower back! Dr. Brent has shown and assigned lots of little exercises and stretches over the years to help with problem areas, and always listens to me and explains things in a clear way I can understand.
