However, there were some concerns, such as not receiving a birthday gift card that was offered to another guest. Many guests leave feeling completely rejuvenated and eager to return, even if they wish they could visit more often.
This was my first time at Woodhouse Spa and it will not be my last! The entire experience was delightful, starting with the warm welcome, relaxing tea, and quiet waiting room with lovely essential oils. The pedicure was one of the most enjoyable that I’ve had in a long time and Joanna was attentive without being overly chatty (she must have felt that I just needed a quiet, relaxing moment). Overall, amazing experience that I highly recommend!
Woodhouse spa was great. My signature calming retreat was amazing and so relaxing I fell asleep. The staff were amazing. The only downside was how busy it was. The “quiet room” wasn’t quiet - there were so many people packed and so many were talking. The changing room was a bit cramped too, mostly because it’s a small area and they probably booked a lot of people that day, instead of spreading us out. But everything else was amazing.
Incredible experience - from start the finish! All of the staff were lovely ♡︎ my mom and I both had the WH Signature Calming Retreat — we are already planning our next day to come back and do it again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
