I’ve been to this Urgent Care multiple times. Wait times can be long but I have never had a bad experience. Tonight I saw Breanne Van De Bogart and had the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at an Urgent Care. She really went above and beyond and made me feel like she cared about finding the best possible plan forward.

I love this hospital. Especially the heart and vascular clinic . The front desk ppl are so friend and treat everyone so nice. The doctors are great and explain things so I can understand. Both doctors and nurses stay one step ahead of my condition, and my INR NURSE is absolutely wonderful, she works with me and is open to alternative solutions/treatments. Overall the medical staff in its entirety is wonderful and I've always felt like they treat me like family even when I've had to be inpatient.
But the ER could use some improvement. I had a stroke and brain bleeds and was brought in to the ER in an ambulance and the staff in the ER let me sit in the waiting room...read full review

Sunday evening crew was fun and light hearted - you could tell they like their line of work and each other. That said, wait time was long (sort of expected, 2+ hours), mistakes were made with my strep test and I needed to be swabbed again (adding to the time I was waiting to get diagnosed and head home). I appreciated that the waiting room was silent, no TV or music. Room was clean, lobby has ample seating.
