I didn't have a good experience with this clinic. I went in there with high expectations only to be let down. I could walk perfectly before October 14th 2024. from October 14 until December 3rd 2024 I was in the hospital for the first 5 days in a coma. I spent 7 weeks there during that time and when I first stated P.T / O.T I couldn't even stand. Fast forward 25 weeks later and I'm still struggling to walk. I was getting more from at home P.T. than I did outpatient P.T. I had 3 sessions. The first one was just an evaluation of what I expected with who I thought was going to be my therapist. The next 2 sessions were with I guess a student. He was dressed more like a Dr. Than a physical therapist. He asked me what I wanted to do. Like what are we doing you're supposed to be the professional you tell me what I need to do not the other way around. My 4th session ended up getting canceled because the therapist had a death in the family and there wasn't anyone else that could work with me. During the sessions I did have they didn't show or teach me anything that I didn't already know. I told him I wanted to learn how to get off the ground if I fell, because my balance isn't very good and I'm deathly afraid of having a fall. There was a bed with a foam mattress about 12 to 15 inches thick he had me get in the bed and lay down, he put the walker up on it and proceeded to tell me to get up on a bed that was at least 3 feet up off the floor, a soft foam mattress is not the ideal place to learn how to get up off the ground. The rest of the time was doing exercises that I've been doing since December 3rd. I got my Dr to have Life Spark come back to my home.

This one receptionist uses this fake sweet syrupy professional voice when you call to schedule. And if she gets annoyed with you cause for one minute you can't make up you mind on the what time you want to be scheduled at (hello because I'm trying to see what openings will fit my schedule!), she gets ugly and loses her professional tone of voice and just sounds evil and nasty and quickly hangs up the phone on you. Try calling her, its almost laughable this woman receptionist because it's almost like a Jekyll and hyde things going with her. I think her name is Charlotte. On the other hand, I liked my physical therapist.

I have gone to several clinics for hip issues in the past 25 years, but found answers with Dr. Morgan. Dr. Morgan helped me in the last 15 years to deal with arthritis and eventually get a new hip. He did an amazing job through the years.
