I have had great experiences with my actual services at multiple locations.
However, almost every single time my mom and I go to rebook here, the people we saw last time no longer work there. I have literally never been able to see the same person more than once other than Abigail and I just found out she no longer works there. (I miss you girl if you see this). I’m not sure what exactly is happening, but the services are still lovely. It is just very hard, in my experience, to book with the same person consistently.
Kesha was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my entire experience. I would definitely return to this salon just because of her. Ashley, my esthetician, was equally attentive and ensured that I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She addressed all my concerns and communicated effectively without being overly chatty. Ashley is also incredibly sweet and kind. I’m definitely planning to return!
I have never been to a place where they sell it as a 60 minute massage but you only get 50 minutes I actually got 44 minutes of massage time will not go back because of that. Jamie herself was fabulous as a Massage therapist, if you don’t mind getting 50 minutes and paying for 60 I suggest her.
