Liz is the owner and she is absolutely the sweetest. We have been coming here for the past 6 years or so. It's always a joy seeing Liz. The shakes are to die for! Over 100+ flavors that are extremely healthy for you with low low calories. Everything your body needs. You also get a tea and aloe. You won't be disappointed! Completely recommend. 10000/10 :)
It felt GREAT to be back at I4U after months of COVID restrictions! The cardio-drumming classes are fun and a really good workout. The instructors and music are fabulous. Depending upon your own physical condition, you can make it an intense workout or less strenuous. I'm so glad to be able to attend again. Even better: outside classes during the warmer weather months!
