I bought a Groupon and scheduled it. No communication until I called them in the scheduled day. After coming they gave me another quote if more that $200 for 3 rooms even after I paid for 5 rooms in Groupon. I didn't use their service. So, be careful before booking them.Service: General carpet cleaning

Carpets needed to be cleaned and Mitch said that they needed to be Pre Treated for $200.00 more than the $60.00 Groupon. He was very Argumentative but we prevailed. He did 4 rooms for the $60.00 Groupon price. Carpets looked Great. Didn't need to be pre treated

Horrible experience! I received the Groupon as a gift due to just having a baby, and was excited to have my carpets cleaned. Mitch came in and told me it would cost $209 for two rooms, when I refused he told me I could pay $180 cash right now. I told him I just wanted to basic Groupon cleaning that I paid for but he refused. This is a scam. I'm so sad that I moved all my furniture for nothing. Do not buy the Groupon and do not contact this company. SCAM!
