We were on vacation. We got messages from my fiancé’s son saying our furnace wasn’t working. Panicked, I messaged some friends to come look at it. They got it started, but it wouldn’t stay running. I called Berger Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning. They said they would be out to look at it shortly. They were and had it running in no time. They also explained to my fiancé’s son exactly how we can prevent this from happening during the winter months. We appreciate the speedy and professional service so much! Thank you!
Over 5 years we've had 4 companies troubleshoot and repair our HVAC Heat Pump. 1000's of $ spent with minor improvement. The system simply would not cool or maintain a cool temp.
Berger came in, did some trouble shooting then replaced the compressor. Now, the system works as it should, even on the hotest of days.
The Berger team is respectful, clean and timely . They had a full schedule but still fit me in.
