I'm a builder, offered a very large job to consider. Acted as if we were bothering him to even call. Asked me "how did you even get my number?" He should probably just take his ads off google if he doesn't want calls.

Roger is a real high quality guy. As "My Plumber", he is more a friend who knows plumbing versus just a plumber. Real good service and stays in touch to see how things went after the job. Roger came out on Easter Sunday to replace our water heater so we wouldn’t have to wait another day!! Prompt, courteous, and never trying to sell us anything we didn’t need. He goes above and beyond! Highly recommend to family and friends!

I called and spoke to person who answered the phone and asked to get a quote on a bidet toilet seat installation. The guy didn't seem to understand what that was so I explained it to him and then he said he needs to come out to give me an exact quote. I then said I'm just trying to understand what the range could be so I could save both him and myself some time. He then said I should find another plumber.I said, well it's just common sense here because why spend our time with an appointment only to find out the range would be too much. For example, I told him if you tell me typically it will cost $400 then I'd say alright well don't bother with an official quote because that range is too much for me. However if it's between 50-200 I'd be very interested.He then hung up on me.
