I am the owner of th grooming shop next door. We had a 17 year old dog with a major heart condition have a medical emergency during the bathing process. Usually a fairly relaxing part of the groom because we use warm water, and try to massage tired joints. But she was having an off day and suddenly she was having a medical emergency!! We rushed her next door. They were there immediately! Got her some oxygen right away and warm blankets. And she came too ?. They Literally saved this dogs life right in front of my eyes… I felt I witnessed a miracle ?. I never thought a 17 year old dog would pull through that way. They squeezed my Gentle Giant in on very short notice! They treated her like the princess she is! The situation was very stressful but everyone there did their best to comfort me and made sure to inform me on her situation.
