Anytime I have an issue with any of my 3 pets (1 dog and 2 cats) the doctors and staff are there for me. They make you feel like family.

I am the owner of th grooming shop next door. We had a 17 year old dog with a major heart condition have a medical emergency during the bathing process. Usually a fairly relaxing part of the groom because we use warm water, and try to massage tired joints. But she was having an off day and suddenly she was having a medical emergency!! We rushed her next door. They were there immediately! Got her some oxygen right away and warm blankets. And she came too 😱. They Literally saved this dogs life right in front of my eyes… I felt I witnessed a miracle 🙏. I never thought a 17 year old dog would pull through that way. Thank you Ham Lake Vet Team for your fast actions and intuition. You gave this family more time with their amazing pup. 🥹 Amber, Dr Sandel, Dr Gerbech, Breann, Liv, and more all rushed in to help save this baby and give us all the hugs we needed. You’re all hero’s. The world needs people like you. 🫶🏻🐾

Great visit with Dr. Tomas! He explained great, and I am so happy my dog is feeling better. He called to follow up to make sure she liked her food and kept it down.

They squeezed my Gentle Giant in on very short notice! They treated her like the princess she is! The situation was very stressful but everyone there did their best to comfort me and made sure to inform me on her situation.

We felt Gunner got a very comprehensive examination during his first appointment with a new vet. We got good (new) information to help us with health challenges Gunner has struggled with since he was born and we are optimistic that these new solutions will improve his health.
