I had such a fantastic time with Allie picking out my new glasses!! She was showing me things I never would have picked out myself and we found the most fantastic pair of glasses I think I have ever had. I can't thank you enough, Allie!! I can't recommend going to see Allie highly enough. She is kind, knowledgeable, balances professionalism with that personal touch perfectly, and I'm probably going to be back to get those Maui Jim sun glasses she was raving about. Those things were sweet!

The only hours they have posted online say theyβre open 9 am to 5 pm. If you go to the clinic the hours on the outside door say 9 am - 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm. If you come back based on that information and go up to the entrance of the optical store it says 9 am - 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 5 pm.
Complete waste of time and absolutely unprofessional to state three different hours of operation depending on where you look. Go somewhere else that is actually open their stated hours and has some level of professionalism. When Iβm planning on spending hundreds of dollars I want to feel confident that theyβll actually provide what Iβm paying for and with their complete slipshod approach to customer service there is no way to do so.

Dr. Oneill is a kind and knowledgeable ophthalmologist. His assistant Sarah is very professional and sweet. I feel my eyes are getting very good care here. I had gone to 2 other I clinics in the twin city area and they seemed much more interested in profit than they did helping me. This location does not offer in depth eye testing every day or even every week. So, to get a test such as the Humphrey eye test, it can be quite a long wait for an appointment. Also park Nicollet needs to teach their phone schedulers the difference between an ophthalmologist and an optometrist. Arianna in the optical store anticipates customer needs, remembers well and fully knows her job.

I've been to this clinic a few times and have each time I've gotten condescending nursing staff. The front desk people are really nice, though.

Got my Dad in the same day, with about 2hrs lead-time. Thorough/Professional assessment of his issues and a quick turn-around (50minutes from sign-in to out-the-door) in getting him, hopefully, on track to better health. Reduced & Changed some of the ratios of his medications & scheduled a 2 week follow-up.

I'm not sure why the other review said you can't get to see the Dr's I have never had an issue. Sure if it's a physical or a non urgent problem you might have to wait but they do have urgent care that is also available. From what I know the Park Nicollet physicians are in the office 2-3 weeks a month and spend the other time doing rounds at the hospital. I like that. In fact, I love that in fact. Not only does it give them more exposure to what happens after the clinic it gives them a break from the day to day routine at the clinic. It takes a special person to be able to go to work every day and listen to one person after another go over their issues and symptoms. I know Dr's like challenges but that has to wear down a person and I think it's healthy and the Dr's are well rounded in modern medicine. If you have a choice Dr Dardick is brilliant. And his nurses are caring, thorough and the clinic in general is all around extremely well run. Last, I have to mention the people that set appointments are above average. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thankful for the excellent care I receive at this clinic.

I would love to be able to give this clinic 5 stars because the doctors are excellent. Unfortunately, they are booked so far out, you cannot see your doctor unless you can wait a month! The Park Nicollet System is absolutely horrible when it comes to scheduling appointments. The PN system as a whole I would give 0 stars.
