Have been going here since I got my dog last fall. He just got neutered yesterday and they were so thorough with the recovery instructions. Always great communication and so friendly! So happy I can bring my fur baby to them and have no worries!

Took our cat here for urgent care. They were very responsive to helping our cat. Our cat, Ms. Kitty had an appointment in less than a hour after I called to make one. I had to drop her off seeing it was an urgent care appointment. The Dr. Saw Ms. Kitty almost immediately, then called me with the run down of what the plan of action for diagnosis was going to be. A few hours later the Dr. Called with the results and plan of action for current and future treatment. I'm very pleased with the Dr's knowledge and thorough explanation of everything. I'm thankful for everything the Dr. did for our furr baby and I feel like I can trust this veterinary clinic with Ms. Kitty's life.

I’ve been bringing my pets to south shore for a few years. They are so helpful and respectful of pets and pet owners. I especially appreciate their urgent care service since my pets unfortunately have had some complex issues that needed sudden care. The urgent care drop of and pick up is so helpful knowing my pets will get the care they need and I can still go to work for the day. The routine and complex care that my pets have received has been excellent.

All of the providers and staff at South Shore are excellent. They are very thorough and have taken amazing care of my fur babies. We see Dr Tori Brua as our primary vet, and we cannot say enough great things about her. We have also had the pleasure and opportunity to meet most of the other providers in urgent care who have also been so wonderful.
