I was recommended to have Steve do inspection and he did above and beyond what I was expecting. He is extremely thorough. He explained all his findings after he performed the inspection and made it easy for me to understand; plus his report he sends after is very clean/clear of the findings. We are first time home buyers and we will continue to use him until we find our home. He is worth every penny; plus a small fee he charges saved us from a huge potential headache of a house mortgage. We ultimately decided after what Steve told us about the house and our vision / realistic budget that we couldn’t take on the house we had put an offer on. I’ve used Steve twice now in the last year and he’s worth every penny. His services are similarly priced to competitors, clearly outlined on his site. He’s also a wealth of knowledge and provides extensive reporting within hours of the visit. He’s got all the gear and can tell you nearly anything about your house.

I hope I never have to buy another house again, but if I do I will definitely be using Steve again for the home inspection! He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and practical with his advice and recommendations. He basically looked over the home on his own for a couple hours and then went over his findings with us for an hour and we were able to ask all the questions we had. Along with being easy to work with, I think what sets Steve apart is his ability to prioritize his findings and let us know what’s most important.
