I requested a consult through their website. Initially, I received a text message from Maria asking about when we could schedule a phone call. I replied with a window of time but didn’t hear back. Proceeded to have more messaging back and forth where unfortunately I had to continue to follow-up because of no replies/responses. Finally a phone call was scheduled (via text), however no one called at the appt time. I did have a missed call about an hour late, that I can only assume was this clinic based on the number, however no one left a message and I haven’t heard anything since. Disappointing and I guess I will go elsewhere.

While Dr. Mark and Beth are exceptional providers, the front-desk staff has made it impossible to remain a patient here. After 10+ years of loyalty, I am now searching for a new clinic due to the rude and hostile treatment I received upon arrival and when phoning. It is disheartening to be treated like a ‘criminal’ at a place where I’ve sought care for a decade. The back-office team is great, but a total overhaul of the front-office culture is needed. I can no longer recommend this site until the patient intake experience improves

I love the front desk team! Dawn, Andrea, Bre, and Jocelyn are consistently going above and beyond. Trisha and Ashley are wonderful managers and Lindsey is my absolute favorite injectionist. She keeps me informed and looking natural. Love this staff!

Love the results of my moxie! I’ve heard from people that they were afraid to try it because of the pain but honestly it wasn’t that bad as long as you numb up 30 minutes before hand. Recovery was like six days I had blowing beautiful skin, and it turned over beautifully! Highly recommend!
