First time going to Cedric last month and I've got nothing but good things to say - the best cut I've gotten in Minnesota. The man knows what he is doing with his craft, great attention to detail and a good eye. Doesn't rush, does everything thoroughly and well, while keeping a very laid back atmosphere and making a connection with the client on a human level. What else can I say - good human being who is very good at his profession. Just booked my next appointment :)Service: Haircut
