Worst company to work with. The managers/owners are shady. You will be locked into a year long contract that renews automatically and you only have a small window to cancel it once a year which is written in teeny-tiny fine print. Even if the services are not living up to the agreements of the contract. You are held hostage to them and their contract.

I had a less than ideal experience. I hired this company to clean 3 stores monthly. Cleaners did an poor job leaving dusts on venting, not showing up some months and most notably showng up at 1am on days there we not permitted to clean and tripping alarm systems.

Owning our own Anago franchise has been a really great and prosperous business. It is a great way to own your own business and has made us alot of money fast. The people at Anago of Minneapolis are very genuine and hard working and do the extras necessary for your successUpdate from when I first posted a few years ago:If I would have known the type of person the Franchisor would have been like back than I would have NEVER did a business under them. I am back working a 40 hours a week plus again. The information that was provided in my owner manual, and the so called training I went through, does not match at all, unless it works out for the franchisor than your really get screwed. We have lost accounts cause of this person, We have lost out on so much money, and the part that gets me, they never find no wrong doing on their end. Even after you point or print it out and its in their face, still in denial.I read what I wrote than, and they are the exact opposite, if not worse. Your suppose to be able to contact them with an issue and they don't call back or get very mad that their time is more important than yours. I hadn't even spoke to the person who's suppose to be there, for your business in 2 years, and when I did, same ole person. Argumentative and the whole 9. They also tell clients or portray to clients that we are employees vs being business owners who have made an investment to do so. Be very cautious, cause if your not reading the fine print or the manual they will get over on you cause I've watched them do it, and they have done it to us.
