Emily is a magical healer. Any time I ever have any physical issues, she understands exactly what to do. I continue to have better quality of life and less pain when I see Emily regularly. She is knowledgeable about the body and is innovative in her practice. She makes me feel heard and cared for... I value and appreciate her physical therapy beyond the words I have to express. I highly recommend Emily -- you'll never see anyone else again! I've been thru my share of massage therapists due to chronic low back pain from an accident in my 20s. Emily has been the most skilled at her trade and responsive to my needs beyond my back pain, from carpal tunnel and phone handling issues to plantar fasciitis and other odd flair ups. I feel blessed that I found Emily on a Google search for TMJ pain solutions in the Twin Cities. Not many TMJ specialists out there, so I jumped on the opportunity to get some help. While I thought my issue was specifically TMJ, Emily worked on my tight SCM muscles, my scalenes, my back, neck, arms and shoulders. I had three sessions with her over the course of two months (May and June 2023) and after the 2nd session my jaw pain and tightness had nearly gone, improved by 80%. After the 3rd session, my back and neck felt much better too.
