I had a horrible experience with one of the dentists (the only negative experience I've ever had with a dentist) but I continued to go here since it is a lot of work to find a new dentist that accepts our insurance, just made sure to see others in the care team. Today I brought my kids in for their appointments and they told us the appointments were canceled, even after I confirmed them on their reminder texts. Last straw and now searching for a new dentist.

Just went here the other day for a routine dental cleaning and Dr. Luu was amazing! I usually have so much anxiety going to the dentist from past bad experiences but Dr. Luu made me feel so comfortable and walked me through the entire process. He was so funny and truly seemed like he loves what he does. I can't recommend him enough to everyone i know. Because of Dr. Luu, i now look forward to my dental appointments!

I was experiencing tooth pain while visiting the area and was able to see Dr. Luu on short notice. He has an amazing bedside manner and quickly pinpointed the issue. He was incredibly gentle yet efficient, and I felt well cared for throughout the entire visit. I’d highly recommend him to anyone in the area who needs dental treatment!

I recently had a crown placed with Dr. Luu and his team, and he was amazing! He was kind, patient, and funny throughout the entirety of the appointment, and he made the experience much more tolerable. He was incredibly gentle when numbing the area and was meticulous with the procedure. Even though there were many steps involved, Dr. Luu performed them efficiently and painlessly. I appreciated how he listened to all of my concerns and reassured me every step of the way. He has excellent bedside manner and I can’t recommend him enough! If I were to need another dental procedure, I’d definitely request to be seen by Dr. Luu again!

The dentists at Park Dental EP are great, but the front desk staff is terrible. I’ve been a patient for almost 20 years along with my four children, and have never been treated so rudely and with such disrespect by their front desk. These large practices are a machine and continue to take on new patients even though they’re 6-9 months out for cleaning appointments. I’ve tolerated it for a long time but I’ve finally had enough and am switching practices.

Dr Cepek and her assistant was wonderful. However, the front desk needs more training. I had a bridge performed and signed a paper that said if you pay by check or cash and over 60, you get a 10% discount. The front desk said I only get a 5%, finally the other person at the front desk said , I was right. Then the assistant couldn’t figure out correctly what I actually owed. I had to figure it out and the other assistant agreed. I was never told by the front desk they were sorry for the confusion. I called later and asked to speak to the manager, I still haven’t received a call back.

Called for an appointment for my 11-year-old today for a wiggly tooth. We thought it was an adult tooth. They got us in same day. It turns out it was a baby tooth. Really appreciate the friendly staff. They were very approachable and explained things to us in a way that made sense. My child has dental anxiety and is actually looking forward to their next cleaning appointment. Thank you so much
