Been going here monthly for years and love it.I need super deep tissue so I just lie down (or sit) and let them do their thing.It's super cheap too (comparatively).Not a good choice of you need a targeted massage but they do great working out your stress.

Omigosh, excellent. I never really cared for the chair massages at malls because it was uncomfortable but they have very comfortable massage beds that you can lie down on with clothes when getting massages. It was so terrific, I actually felt dizzy or the massage drunkenness when I stood up afterwards. I hear their foot massages or reflexology is fantastic too. Definitely worth it

In Eden Prairie - They specialize in deep tissue. Not a relaxation massage. Sure it will be relaxing to some but don't go there thinking you're going to be Zen when you walk out as a default. You'll feel good knowing that whatever toxins and knots and pinched nerves you have got in you, will be kneaded out. I went there because I was in a great deal of pain and my body was kneaded and worked on. Sure, it may hurt for some but just let them know! When I left I couldn't believe how much less I was in pain. I had someone work on my feet and someone using their weight and elbows to my back (not the whole time).
