I am so impressed by the exceptional service and kindness I received here. As a first-time pet owner, I was very stressed when I found out the cat I just adopted ended up costing thousands and counting. I'm very thankful my regular vet, Lake Harriet Veterinary, referred me to Mckeever for my cat's ear issues. Dr. Lucy Tongen is exceptional. She is compassionate, always takes the time to answer all my questions, and knows what she's doing. She made it easy to trust her to care for my cat. I have never received the kind of care as I have at Mckeever. When I was worried at the steep cost of my cat's procedure, they assured me they would find a way, and they did. They are the best! Thank you!

Our GSD has suffered from allergies for years. We always felt like we were a step behind. McKeever was a life saver!! Such caring staff (special shout out to Glenn) everyone is amazing from the second you walk in the door. Our boy is doing much better now. I wish I could give 100 stars ✨

Our Male GSD developed quite the extensive record in allergens and we really went through it trying to figure out what was making him so itchy all the time. Trial and error but, we finally did the allergy test after spending over 1k in meds. Once Doctor Heinrich figured a treatment plan, our buddy was cleared up and he had the best skin we had seen since he was a pup. Great staff, great service. Glen is my Bear’s favorite but they are all great people!

We took our senior shih tzus here for many years. Dr Heinrich and team are AMAZING! They went above and beyond with our little Payton who had many complex conditions (some outside of Dermatology). The compassion this team showed for every visit and in between visits makes me so grateful to have come across this clinic. We get more quality time with our Payton because of this outstanding care and the collaboration with the rest of his care team. THANK YOU!!!

We visited this clinic because they offer laser dermatology services. I expected a big bill, assuming that the vets would tend to recommend laser services just because they can. Instead, the doc thoroughly examined Stella and recommended a course of oral and topical antibiotics that are already improving her condition. I especially respect that the vet dropped to the floor to greet our dog instead of lifting her to “human” level. I would recommend Dr. Geishly Ann Cruz Matos to anyone looking for compassionate care!
