We have had our fence for years and are extremely happy with it! We just needed our first repair after our wire was cut during tree removal, and Dog Watch came out within days of my initial call. They are extremely friendly and responsive- you won’t find better customer service!
Finally figured out what was wrong with our invisible dog fence. The mediacom fiber optics people cut our wire, didn't tell us, did a half ass fix with duct tape and a utility flag and then buried it. Jake the Owner of DogWatch came out, found the problem, and fixed it properly for us. I highly recommend them if you're looking to get your invincible fence fixed or a new one installed.
I had Jake out to my house this week to get my dog fence repaired. He did a great job figuring out where their was a damaged wire. We are so relieved to have it up and running again.
