The owner of this business actually cares about her customers and spent a lot of time just talking and listening to me when i called for a quote. This is not a quick flip type of company and will definitely use them again!

Deborah was very helpful in helping me troubleshoot an air quality problem that was developing in my home. She was very responsive (critical in an emergency situation or when dealing with something like mold), professional and efficient. Thanks in part to her recommendation, I was ultimately able to identify the problem which, thankfully, was not mold.

There are a few business named Ultra Clean--but make no mistake, this outfit with Mark is outstanding. He was honest with us about the work involved. He was on time and despite the small scale of our problem, he was very professional and courteous. I felt he wanted the best for us which is something very hard to come by with the larger companies. Ultra Clean has a permanent place on our refrigerator door.
