Worked with Sue who was wonderful and extremely helpful!We are very pleased with the memorial Gardens. My father has been buried there for 27 years, and everything is so well kept and maintained, they take great pride, and how everything looks and you can tell! Definitely would recommend
I would give them a zero, but that's not an option. We ordered and paid for a new marker for my wife's grandmother's grave six months ago and paid over $1700. It was guaranteed verbally to be in by July. Come July - only excuses. Then end of August - still only excuses. It's November, and the bonehead behind the counter tells us that the marker won't be ready until 2024.Find somewhere else!Edit: Sherri Hoitomt took over as location manager and the issue was handled within a week. So I raised my review from one to three stars, but it was still almost five months after the original promised date.
As much as we are hurting, using Morningside Memorial Gardens certainly gives us some peace knowing even after we have joined our Son in Heaven, his final resting place will forever remain visible for generations to come .We highly recommend this memorial location
