I used a few franchise exterminators at rental properties before a friend recommended Miguel. He is absolutely the best: punctual, great with tenants, great communication...and most importantly he solves the problem.

Always very pleased with M&M! Friendly service, flexible scheduling, quality product at very fair price. I’ve used them twice now due to ants/spiders and the chemicals are safe for humans and pets, we didn’t even have to leave the home during/after treatment. Treatment is guaranteed to last at least 90 days or they’ll retreat for no charge but the first treatment lasted over a year before I started seeing ants again. I am also very happy to support local small family owned business :-) thanks M&M!
