Every visit is quick, and they do a good job. They have tv to distract the kids and games to play while waiting. It is annoying that there are toys for sale at the register which inevitably causes meltdowns

Kaylie did so good on my 2.5 year old son’s hair and was so patient with him. He doesn’t like sitting in the chair, so she let him stand up and kept him distracted with the tv. Was the First time he didn’t scream and cry the whole hair cut. Great experience with Kaylie.

I can’t recall the woman’s name who cut my son’s hair but she did so good! My son has struggled with haircuts and we had no issues. The cut itself is exactly what I imagined and she did very well with my sons very curly hair
