Scott was exceptionally good. Our air conditioner quit yesterday August 23, extremely hot. He came out earlier than expected, knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly. He was polite, explained everything and efficient.

He looked for ways to solve my water heater issue with out the minimum $1000 charge like the big chains do. He assessed the issue, found the parts, and replaced them - all in the same day!
