The owner John Hirsch is a very ethical businessman. Worked with Bill on a new Ram Longhorn. My wife decided that she wanted a new vehicle so Bill and John lined up multiple vehicles for her to test drive. She chose a new Tahoe Premier. They made the purchase and paperwork very easy. They went through all the items on the vehicles and showed us how they work. Was a very pleasant experience. Will definitely go back when it's time to trade again.
I didn't think this dealer could top the excellent service I received when I purchased my 2021 Jeep Gladiator. I was wrong! The service department was also top notch! Great service advisors, timely service, very thorough and detailed with my vehicle service work. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. I have NEVER had this kind of all round excellent service from every area of this dealership. I rarely do a review or survey for anyone, but his is an exception. I highly recommend this dealership!
Thomas Lee is a great sales associate who listens and cares about what I'm looking for in vehicle! He helps with the whole process and making sure that my wife and I are well taken care of during the whole purchasing process!
