We had a sick cat and they worked us in the same day. Great care, kind people.

We've been customers here for 28 years - a total of 5 dogs for veterinary care and monthly nail trims BUT WE'RE DONE WITH THIS PLACE NOW. The good vets have all left! This clinic has been acquired by a larger company that buys up small vet clinics. Now they won't refill my dogs' medications unless I bring her in for a physical, multiple blood tests, stool samples, x-rays and multiple vaccinations for things she doesn't need. They pulled this last year and I paid for everything they wanted just so I could get my dog's medication but now they're doing it every single year for every single dog. My dogs are seniors and have been on the same medications for 5-10 years. She's almost out of meds and this clinic is saying too bad. This is not the same place it used to be. We're going to figure out where Dr Joey Buhta went and the other vets who took care of our dogs without harvesting us for every penny they could.

I had the wellness plan that was a monthly charge that ends after a year. Once they were bought out they send you an email saying it now auto renews with no approval. I never authorized auto renewal. I did not see that email. In that time I moved. I called to cancel since I'm changing vets. They said they could not do it at the clinic and someone would reach out. I then called back the next month once I was charged for another month. They said there must had been a mix up and they will have someone follow up with us and cancel. I just got charged another month.Since I have two dogs it's over 200 dollars a month!!!! I'm now disputing the charge and getting a new credit card so they can no longer charge me. The new owners are crooks and all they care about is money and not your animal. I loved having Dr. Joey. The former vets are now in Richfield still working together.

Very friendly and caring. Our cat is in excellent hands. Whether it's for routine vaccinations and check up or for having her teeth cleaned.

Burnsville Animal Clinic was very caring and wonderful, I felt very fortunate that they were willing to see and take care of my two cats, Scotty and Charlie, as they were neutered and microchipped. Everything was explained clearly and I really think that they go the extra mile to ensure peace of mind. Warmly, John Doyle

George and Olivia are my bestest friends, babies, best dogs on earth! Today they were in for vaccines, took a second for each one to get the shot and when door open for them to come back to me… omg wiggle tails, big jumps of excitement! They only get nervous in the waiting area, maybe they are sniffing other’s dog’s scent left behind or who knows. Anyway, they have been always treated with love in this place since born, now they are 5 years old …I can’t believe how long it has been since we started trusting Wellhaven. Staff rocks!!!
