Went there once but never again. The doctor completely ignored why I went there and it was a huge waste of time. I suggest going elsewhere.

Dr Semadge was great but the front desk...especially the office mgr needs some people skill training...a real nasty person...they no longer except Humana and I was given 3 different explanations...but was never told until my check in that I would be responsible for paying for my visit...Thank you to Dr.Semadge for "trying to help"...but the office mgrs.responce was ""HAVE A NICE DAY "....Been going to that location for 25 yrs....nasty people at the front desk....

I use to love this place until I tried to check in today. I understand the 10 minute grace period as I arrived at 2pm my appointment time its two different north memorial signs so I went to the wrong suite and realized at 2:06 walked to the next suite arrived there at 2:08 and was told I couldnt check in because by time she was able to check me in it was 2:11. I asked to speak to a manager as I was on time. Never again will I come here because of Glenda Rudick. After almost a decade I decided to never return the way you guys treat your patients is not ok! I also have a boot on my feet so my walking is slower. I wont be back!

I see Dr felty podiatry every 3 weeks. Friendly nurses, Dr Benjamin felty is very knowledgeable he's been helping me with my diabetic foot care for over a year now I definitely recommend him.

Phlebotomist/medical assistant Heidi T. is the person to whom I will always to for blood draws! I had a bad experience at another location and this was easy as could be. She is friendly and kind, too. I will be driving from St. Paul to this location for any future labs! The front desk receptionist was welcoming too.

I have the most wonderful P.A.Kevin Hein. I can not say enough about this man. He listens to your real problems and is very kind. I have followed him to every clinic he goes to. It is so worth the drive and care you receive. I was very lucky to be placed with him when another Dr. Was out. I been seeing him for over 5 years and HIGHLY COMES RECOMMEND if you want someone who remembers you and your medical issues.Thank you, Kevin Hein P.A. so thankful to you.
