Horrible communication!!! I wouldn't recommend this clinic to whoever that live a little far from BP. What kind of medical professional place that will canceled a appointment 28 minutes before the appointment time. This is the 2nd time that this happens to me make me drove almost to the clinic then drive back home. The worst thing is they texted the emergency contact number instead of the primary number first and when I call the front desk lady claimed that they call me to cancel which she lied, giving patients false information then correct herself that they texted me. Time to go find a new place that have better communication the this bs.

I have a terrifying fear of dental care. But I needed some work done. So I went and my experience was the best of my life. Dr Iman Mokhles and Megan LDA made me feel very relaxed and valued. They explained everything slowly and simply. They had calming voices and were very respectful. Would highly recommend this dental office, you will not be sorry. They are amazing!!!

I like the atmosphere and the receptionist is very very pleasant But I wasn’t very happy with the dental hygienist. She wasn’t very friendly plus my appointment was 10:30 . She didn’t get me till almost 10:45 and she didn’t even apologize for being late. I felt very uncomfortable with her and I’m going back to get my teeth cleaned with her . I would prefer a different dental hygienist. One thing I can say she was very good at what she was doing as far as my teeth and x-rays and all the things that she did but personality means a lot to me, and I was nervous to begin with. It would’ve been helpful if she would’ve been a little more friendlier open to me, the Dentist she was very pleasant.

I had a wonderful experience here! The front staff were nice, check-in was quick and my dental hygienist Ka was amazing! She was so kind, knowledgeable and took amazing care of me during my X-rays and cleaning. I usually feel nervous while visiting the dentist but she made me feel relaxed. The dentist only came in briefly for the exam but he was also very nice. I’m happy I made the decision to come here!

Wonderful experience! There was a young lady up front with glasses who worked up front that was super helpful with my scheduling! My hygienist was awesome and Dr. Carlos is so nice!! Definitely a great clinic!!
