I am writing to share my positive experience at your urgent care facility this morning. While needing medical attention was unexpected, the level of care I received was truly exceptional.
I want to specifically recognize Darija and Dr. S. Liu for their outstanding service. Darija is a remarkable nurse whose passion for her work is evident, and Dr. Liu provided thorough and compassionate care. Both of them were incredibly attentive, listened to my concerns, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
Please share my gratitude with the team for their dedication and kindness.

went in friday afternoon with low oxygen coughing cant breathe ear pain. no xrays done only nebs sent home on nebs and prednisone no antibiotics and told if worse go to er. why when i can get everything done here

They charged me a hospital visit instead of an urgent care visit, I had to have insurance fix that. Still left with a ridiculous bill for basic tests for flu like symptoms. Overcharging because you go through insurance. Then they threatened to send me to collections while waiting for insurance to figure things out. I was told I had until the end of the year to do the payment plan but they forced it out to September. Called multiple times to get an itemized bill, they only sent me one because my bill was split between two for some reason, and were very rude when I called each time. I've never had an urgent care visit cost me so much to make sure I didn't have strep.

Doctors and nurses generally care about what's going on to you, compared to the blaine/fridley location where they think people are faking it all the time. The only downside is here. You have a bit of a longer wait at times, and you can't always get the care you need here.

I arrive to the urgent care around 7:30 with my 3 daughter’s two was throwing up most of the day and the one being fine. Me being a single mom of 3 I try not to rush to the urgent care unless conditions gets worst. Early this morning I booked a video appointment to speak with a Nurse before physical bringing them in . She recommended that is my daughter becomes very dehydrated then to bring her in which she at the I brought her in. To be turned away when I have sick children is unacceptable. I walked on the urgent care and was told they have reach the capacity. Which is understandable. But if your online website is not matching what you guys are entering in then that’s not my fault. Highly upset ,

Amazing experience, I went sunday morning at 8am and there were already people waiting but they were efficient and so kind! Everyone I talked to truly put energy and care into my visit. Thank you all! Such hard workers.

If you get in early there is a better chance they will see you. Or make an appointment to hold your spot online.

But, they do not answer there phone.

Quick and professional service. Wait was less than what was posted.
