Scheduled an appointment months ago for a primary care appointment. I only have limited windows to attend these. I arrive at my appointment time to check in, and the front desk says my appointment was cancelled because the doctor called out today and we should have received a call/voicemail regarding this. They're booked out until August. I checked my phone and I received one phone call from an unknown number, and NO VOICEMAIL. Waste of time and gas and absolutely no notice about my appointment being cancelled. The most they could do was make another appointment for me. I couldn't be seen the same day with another doctor at an Urgent Care? Completely inconsiderate and no accountability.

I had a follow-up appointment and was running behind. I called ahead while already in an Uber to let them know I would arrive at 1:58 which is 18 minutes after my scheduled time. The front desk staff told me they could not see me past 15 minutes and turned me away despite me being 3 minutes from the clinic. I had to ask my driver to turn around. I understand late arrival policies exist, but being turned away when I proactively called ahead and was literally around the corner felt unnecessarily rigid from the front desk. Very disappointing experience.

Imagine having come here since I was 5 years old and over 25 years I stopped because Padma P. Yarrapureddy, MBBS kept calling my son “SHE.” Now, HOW, you must be thinking to yourself , do I make such a claim? Well, from the moment of our second appointment after he was born (first appointment establishing he is a HE) she calls him a “She” when referring to him. Through out our appointments within the half a year Padma P. Yarrapureddy, MBBS continues to refer to him as “SHE” even tho he clearly has boy clothes on as I am HOLDING him and as she is LOOKING RIGHT AT HIM. Then, on our next appointment I told myself if she continued to refer my SON as “she/her” I will be seeking a new provider. That day, she had a student with her. Well, what do you know, she referred to my son as a “he” all day with the student present. I was happy. However, on our very next follow up appointment she continued referring my son as “SHE/HER.” Disgusting. Nasty. I’ll never seek a provider from here while she’s there.

They added a ton of additional charges to my Urgent Care visit and when I asked them to correctly reprocess the bill as my insurance has repeatedly requested, they have been incredibly rude and belittling on the phone. Go somewhere else for Urgent Care!!!

Y’all gotta fire the Two receptionist. They were so rude! They have a really unwelcoming customer service. Is like they don’t give shit about patients. Pediatric and all the doctors inside is really nice. But the receptionist got to go. There was a Hispanic person who doesn’t really know how to speak English and the one lady receptionist lady say this to him, “if you don’t know English don’t even be here”.

I came to urgent care with high blood pressure 175 on 95. I was complaining about cough 3 months already. They sent me on X-ray, which is didn't find any problems. I'm a smoker for almost 37 years and I can't believe they didn't see nothing on my lungs. No prescription drugs for my high blood pressure. And they charged me around $300 with insurance. So no results. I'm still coughing a lot every day, maybe it's lungs cancer, but they said everything is good.

We were there for about 30 mins total. If you go early enough, they will get you in and out! Kind docs and nurses.
