I would highly recommend this business to anyone. Storm ReNU replaced our roof from hail damage this fall. Matt was wonderful to work with. Patient, excellent communicator, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the whole process went smoothly.Matt was very thorough in the assessment of hail damage on the roof which helped maximize our insurance coverage. The insurance process was made made much easier b/c of him.The roof install went very smoothly. And the follow up from Matt again was great. It was made very clear that he wanted the process for us to be easy, and was not one to simply just get the job done. August 2020, our neighborhood got hammered by hail. During the storm, we had water coming through our living room and kitchen ceilings. While our insurance company quickly reviewed our roof, they determined that the damage did not require a new roof, just a repair of damaged shingles.Matt at Storm ReNU was working with our neighbor and asked about our roof. When I shared with him our sad story, he contacted the insurance company and picked up the shingle "match" they approved. Matt placed the new shingles over the damaged shingles.
