Annabella was sooooooo sweet and did such a great job! Being a hairstylist myself I’m always looking for other service providers who I can connect with and she was great! She was very professional and veryyy funny! She made me feel so comfortable for it being my first wax! She’s definitely a great asset to the business. I will be returning to her alwaysssssss 🥰

I did not have a pleasant experience. I went in for sugaring for my full arms and the esthetician (Tiarra) wasn’t very responsive. She came off as very rude. She was applying way too much pressure on my arms and it was VERY painful. Would never go into this location again. Wouldn’t recommend.

Tiarra was awesome. It has been over 20 years since I tried getting a wax done, and she was wonderful about it. She ensured if I needed a break I could take one and just was overall pleasant to converse with. I will definitely be booking with her when the need arises.

What a great small place. I saw so many awesome reviews about Annabella and decided to give it a go. I am coming from European Wax Center, and as much as I loved my wax girl, the company is horrible so I've decided to take my money elsewhere. I stumbled across this place and decided to give it a try as it's rated higher, less expensive, and closer to home. 10/10! It's always nerve racking going somewhere new for a brazilian so of course I was scared but as I said, Annabella was very well regarded and she didn't disappoint at all. Very professional, very thorough, and very personable. I've never yapped like that during a wax service before but she was just so easy to talk to! Happy to say that I've found a more ethical alternative. Can't wait to go back :)!!!
