I've had nothing but good experiences here. I live 40 minutes from this clinic and it is worth the drive. My doctors and nurses are always kind and helpful. The building is also very clean.
I have been with them since 2023, my suboxone provider Bess Kuzma has always been so kind and supportive throughout my recovery journey, she listens to everything I have to say and gives great advice! I’ve always stuck with her even when I moved 2 hours away for a year.
The front desk staff are always welcoming and friendly as well.
Today I was having trouble breathing, and they prioritized my emergency and immediately took me back to help me whereas the other place I went to had a 3 hour wait time and couldn’t get me in. I was traveling from Texas and came down with a nasty stomach bug. I went to the urgent care here and everyone went above and beyond in helping me. The front desk lady was very kind and welcoming. The nurse who took my vitals was very nice and professional as well. The nurse practitioner was the best, she was very helpful and made me feel like she genuinely cared. Even the pharmacist at the Goodrich Pharmacy in the building was very nice! Overall everyone treated me exceptionally well and I don’t think I have ever had such a good experience at any urgent care back home in Texas. Thank you to all the staff who helped me that day! I truly appreciate it!
