Unfortunately had to go to their Urgent Care today. Fortunately I found myself in Vita's care. Super friendly and very sympathetic to my obvious discomfort. She ensured that things moved quickly to get me the help I needed. All the staff were wonderful but Vita really shined.

I've been going to this location a lot because of where I live. The front desk people are friendly. I am thankful that they are able to see me regardless of an appointment or urgent care. The nurses actually make it better for their patients because it can be stressful. They are enthusiastic. As a professional scare actor, I always get sick in the fall and I can depend on them to get me the care I need.
Even though Urgent Care can be busy and you might wait a long time, they still see as many patients as they can. On behalf of my demons and I, thank you Fairview!

I highly recommend using the online system to let them know when you're on your way to save your place in line. I waited in the lobby for maybe 10 minutes instead of what would have been at least an hour.
