When I contacted Tim, he called me back very promptly. I worked with him on hail damage on my roof and gutters. He coordinated everything with my insurance, including when the roof decking was not up to code and needed replacing. He scheduled things to work with my schedule, which was especially important as I work from home. He was great about keeping me up to date during the entire process. Tim went out of his way to come to evaluate potential hail damage on our roof. It is unusual for a business to be so honest, respectful and professional. He actually recommended that we do nothing which is impressive! He referred us to business to have one side of the roof cleaned due to molding. It wasn’t only a referral though, he scheduled it and made sure it was done right! Highly recommended and the only roofing company I will use going forward!
