I genuinely do not have enough nice things to say about Julie. She went way above and beyond to help sell my parents house. She was always easy to get in contact with and would get back to me immediately to answer any questions I had. Wish I could give her more stars. Do yourself a favor and give her a call when it's time to buy or sell your house!
We had to sell my father's house and he had Julie take pictures before it was even listed so his flowers would be in the pictures. Julie was willing to do that without a listing agreement. We listed in the winter months and Julie stuck with us through the sale. Great job!
We were working with Kim for the last 3 years looking for our perfect place. The thing we loved about Kim was she was honest. She taught us patience, to keep our high hopes, and to not settle. So we didn't, and we found our perfect place! That's when Julie came in to help sell our house. She recommended a list of things todo and had an eye for decorating our house to look cute. We sold our house fast. If your looking to sell or buy your house I would recommend these gal's! They are the best!
