Our experience with Jim & Dude's was outstanding. We had a blocked sewer line and couldn't use our bathrooms. They scheduled an appointment almost immediately and arrived on time. The plumber was very helpful in explaining the problem and the fix. He had our issue resolved very quickly.

We highly recommend Jim & Dudes for pluming and other home needs like HVAC. They are cost effective, timely, courteous, ethical people that do excellent work and get the job done right the first time. They came to both of our homes and have done work. Today I was impressed and wanted to give a good review. I have been meaning to do this, but things have been hard for me lately. With that said the technician today not only called me when he was on his way, he was informative throughout the process and even did a home inspection and found that our furnace was in need of repair. That really makes me feel safe and sleep better and night. That is what I look for when people come to our home to perform work. Someone that likes what they do, works for a company that likes what they do and it showed today in their actions. You must try this organization out for your plumbing/HVAC needs today. Had a furnace and air system installed, from the first visit for an estimate through to end of installation every thing went smooth and a great experience. They answered all my questions and made me fell like they cared about getting me the right equipment for my house .

I called Don on a Friday at 2:30 and he sent Izzy over. My leak was fixed in 30 minutes from when I called. Fantastic customer service!

Amazing to work with.. Kelly came out rt away to give a quote… told us exactly what we needed and what needed to be changed. Kelly also had a quote to me within the morning. The whole team was great!! Installment went great.. they cleaned up … hands down the best to work with!! I highly recommend Jim &Dudes!
