I had a great experience with Pat Walters & Sons. I had an issue with my AC unit, which they had installed years ago. I called on a Monday morning after a holiday weekend and during a heatwave. I figured it would take a few days to get someone out, but they were there and had the issue fixed within an hour of my call. Everyone was very friendly, and I really appreciated the quick service!

They removed my old furnace and installed a new one with AC in 2019. They did a fantastic job along with cleaning up after themselves. The customer service was exceptional as well! I would absolutely recommend them!

Did this through the Costco program. Barbara Walters was exceptional. Formally in sales, myself, I rarely ever do reviews. Barbara was knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. There was no hard sell, or pressure tactics.

The installation was perfect. Quick, clean, and organized. They even reworked my intake and exhaust to clean up the layout. Only complaint I have is that my dogs are loud and crazy.

Pricing was for furnace AND A/C.
