Ever since my old dojang closed down I have been training at NATA, and it has been an amazing experience. When I started practicing here I immediately welcomed and have over the almost two years improved beyond what I believe I would have gotten at my old school.NATA is a great place for people of all ages to attend. An overall great place to train! I would recommend it for any adult or child looking to get in shape, start a new hobby, and/or find community.I am taking the adult classes, but have also watched the different levels of children’s classes train. The firm boundaries, quick feedback, and frequent positive reinforcement and encouragement work very well for kids of all ages - as well as adults! My child actually begs to go to taekwondo now & even prefers it to screen time (many parents will understand what a miracle that is). Highly... read full review
