Synergy has really come through for my Dad who has Alzheimer's. The caregivers, Deborah, Haley, and Dorothy have all been very compassionate and caring to my Dad for the past 14 months. I will miss working with them to take care of him.When it finally came time for Dad to enter memory care and there was a last minute hiccup, Kevin and Kathy scrambled to find Dad 24 hour care on a short-term basis on extremely short notice. They really came through for my Dad and my family. I'm happy to recommend Synergy HomeCare of Wyandotte.
I have been working here for over 3 months now. Very fair caring bosses/owners. They care about their employees as well as their clients and families. I have never worked anywhere else that the bosses actually care like Jeff and Kevin do.Thank you for having me as part of the team.
Synergy HomeCare came highly recommended at a time when a friend was in need of some at home assistance. This can be a very stressful and scary time for the one in need. However, Kevin, from the beginning, showed care and compassion. We cannot be more thankful for Kevin, Jeff and Kathy! Kevin constantly will go out of his way to help manage unforeseen issues that arise. He listens to any concerns and always provides solutions. He truly has a huge heart!
