In the beginning they installed 2x runs of fencing with gates. They did a great job. We were very happy. Later some tree trimmers came through and somehow jarred the one larger gate. Novi Fence came out a couple times and adjusted the gate for us. Since then, we are still having problems with the one gate.I have called a number of times as they said they would come out but no show. My Wife and I have even told them we would be happy to pay to fix the gate but no one ever shows up or calls back. We just want our gate fixed, that is all.

Novi Fence is responsive, provides a highly professional product in a timely fashion, and is trustworthy as they stand behind their work. They also use high quality made in USA materials. Highly recommend

Cannot say a bad thing about my experience with this company. Jim came out the very next when I called for an estimate. Had the estimate 2 days later and it was better than anyone else. Got a quality job done by a very friendly and hard working crew lead by Jason. Jason was very helpful and answered any questions when asked without hesitation. I would not hesitate to recommend Novi Fence to anyone.
