One of my cables snapped on my garage door. My father recommended the Overhead Door Company of Whitmore Lake, and now I would recommend them as well to anyone in the vicinity in need of garage door work. They came out the same day and had me up and running in less than an hour. They inspected my door system for any other concerns. They did not do any unnecessary work. Fair-Honest-Quality

Today I used overhead door company to fix my garage off track. They were out the same day with fair and honest pricing. I highly recommend this company to anybody in the area that needs a garage door. If I could gift 10 stars I would.

Called this company a couple of times and they were available same day.They were very polite and professional.Appreciated the fact that they had backed up their service warranty when new springs needed to be adjusted a few months after install.I am now using this company again after already scheduling a opener install with another company that was not familiar with a high lift door system and came to my home telling me everything was wrong with my garage door system which I have had no problem with for years.I appreciate companies that don't try and back out of work because they are overbooked. I had opener installers from another Ann Arbor Door company come and at first seemed they were pointing out things for me to be aware of but when I asked them to make adjustments they had no interest in doing so and mentioned they had no time.

Great service. I shopped around and they beat everyone's price. They cut their own springs and will make anything you need. The only company I found that cuts their own. Fantastic customer service as well, they helped find what I needed. I went to pick them up, and they had already cut the exact length I needed! I paid and was on my way in about 2 minutes! I will recommend to others! Thanks guys!

First of all I would like to say, the service you get from these guys is great. They know exactly what they are doing and get to it right away.Unfortunately was a misunderstanding with the billing office and myself. I wrote a descriptive letter along with a check that I didnt think I owed.The owner called me right away and said he spoke to the other two involved and sent my check back to me.That's just good business.Call them first, and your overhead door problem will be solved
