I am building a new house and have nothing but good experiences with Shoner Plumbing. Robert has always been quick to answer the phone and has been great to work with since day 1. His crew, Anthony and Owen, were very professional and courteous, answering my many questions during the work. When there was an issue, Robert, himself, came out at 5:30pm after work and spent 2 hours fixing the issue to make it right. I would highly recommend Shoner Plumbing to anyone.

Lee saved us on a Saturday morning with a flooded basement. Responded quickly and took care of the failed sump with a replacement one ASAP. Professional, knowledgeable, and a great resource in a traumatic time in homeownership. Took the time to explain what had happened and how we can make sure it does not happen again. A life saver.
